Individual Therapy
I offer individual counseling to adolescents and adults to help connect what could be causing issues and assist clients to find the balance in life, internally and externally, to grow as an individual and strive towards that growth.
I begin with a laid-back approach to establish rapport with every client. Once trust is created, I respectfully will challenge a client and hold accountability appropriately as needed to help them see the potential I see in them. Sometimes, one can’t see their whole potential, so we need a little push for success.

Graduate Intern Consultation and Supervision
Better Vida Therapy believes in helping college students achieve success in working towards becoming therapists, so we have interns who I professionally supervise to be able and offer telehealth sessions to clients. The interns provide individual counseling sessions to adolescents and adults, and each have a focus of certain issues and target populations.
There are more available spaces for sliding scale rates when meeting with a graduate intern. Please reach out to see if one of them would be a good fit to help with individual sessions.

Assessments
We offer mental health assessments and also work with offenders and those who may have pending criminal charges. Assessments are offered in the following areas at a rate of $300

There is a 5-day turnaround time for each assessment; this can be expedited for an additional $100.
