My current fee for therapeutic services is $140 per 50-minute individual sessions and $160 for a couple’s session. I do offer sliding scale when appropriate but have limited spaces for this. Fees are usually collected through a therapy portal I use to save a debit/credit card but can accept cash, checks, and other forms of payment, such as Zelle and Venmo, if discussed prior to sessions. Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and HSA cards that have a Visa/Mastercard logo.

I currently accept the following insurances: BCBS, UHC/Optum, Cigna, Aetna & Optum Health. I do encourage for clients to confirm with their insurance company prior to beginning sessions that this therapy agency is in network with them, what the copay would be and if a deductible needs to be met prior to utilizing the copay as to avoid any possible confusion of any future balance for unpaid claims. If you are in network with another insurance company, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance but there is no guarantee on the amount of reimbursement, if any. I may be accepting other insurance companies in the future.
