ABOUT US

Ruben Garza, LPC, LCDC, NCC

I trust that we must find a balance in our mental, emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual part of ourselves, to take inventory in these areas and be in a healthy, emotional place in our daily lives. I have personal and professional experience in helping discover what possible roadblocks are in the way to unblock them and move forward.

I believe meeting someone where they're at and allow them the time to navigate where they would like to be. With honesty and compassion, I will work to create an open channel of communication to establish rapport in a safe environment. The goal of our therapy sessions together, will be to help you develop the mental fortitude needed to lead a successful life.
